基于相似原理的铝合金圆管冲击响应的相似性研究
Research on the Similarity of Impact Response of Aluminum Alloy Circular Tubes Based on Similarity Theory

Abstract
Taking the aluminum alloy circular tube structure as the prototype and scaled model designed by similarity theory,the trend of the response of the model under the impact load changing with time is studied.The dimensional analysis method is used to derive the similarity coefficients of the corresponding parameters such as the size and mechanical properties of the prototype and the scaled model,proving that there is a regular similarity relationship between the parameters of the scaled model designed in accordance with the similarity principle and those of the prototype.On this basis,the scaled models with the ratios of 1/2 and 1/4 and the finite element models are established respectively based on the physical size of the aluminum alloy circular tube.The explicit dynamics analysis of the impact effect on the prototype of the aluminum alloy circular tube,the 1/2 and 1/4 scaled models is carried out,and the trends of the deformation,stress and strain parameters of the aluminum alloy circular tube in the prototype and the 1/2 and 1/4 scaled models changing with time in the impact test are obtained respectively.The response results of the scaled model are similarized to those of the prototype.The deformation similarities of the 1/2 and 1/4 models under the impact load reach 1.4%and 3.3%respectively,the strain similarities are 1.3%and 1.8%respectively,and the stress similarities are 1.3%and 0.9%respectively.The results show that in the impact dynamic test carried out using the scaled model designed with the material within the ideal elastic range and based on the similarity principle,the trends of the results of the responses of the prototype and the model to the impact effect changing with time are highly consistent.关键词
