油田浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)原油外输潜液泵材质耐硫化氢性能分析
Analysis of the Hydrogen Sulfide Resistance of Materials for Submerged Pump in Crude Oil Offloading System of Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit(FPSO)

Abstract
Corrosion resistance optimization of the hydraulic submersible pump system of a floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)vessel in sulfur-containing environments is studied,with the aim of establishing material selection criteria suitable for high sulfur-containing conditions to ensure the safe operation of equipment.It systematically examines the differences in operating conditions among three typical tank compartments:crude oil tanks,off-specification oil tanks,and Sludge and Oil Waste Product(SLOP)tanks,with H2S concentrations(volume fraction)being 24×10-3~26×10-3,relative pressures-7~21 kPa,and temperatures maintained at 49℃.Based on relevant standards,the sulfur corrosion resistance of 20CrNi2MoA(UNS G43200)after austenitizing,quenching,and double tempering treatments is evaluated through experimental simulations and microstructural analysis.It is found to exhibit stable performance in the SSC1 zone(low risk of stress corrosion cracking),making it suitable for use in crude oil tanks,off-specification oil tanks,and SLOP tanks.The study reveals that crude oil tanks pose minimal corrosion risk due to their low water content(0.5%,weight)and low H₂S partial pressure(3.15 kPa),whereas off-specification oil tanks(water content 53%,weight)and SLOP tanks(water content 100%,weight)require the use of 316 L stainless steel or S32205 duplex stainless steel due to the synergistic effect of electrochemical corrosion and stress.In environments where CO₂is present,local pH values may drop below 4.5(triggering the SSC2/SSC3 zones),necessitating the selection of corrosion-resistant alloys(CRA).By comparing experimental data with engineering cases,the effectiveness of the hierarchical material selection scheme is verified,providing a technical basis that balances safety and economy for FPSO equipment design in high-sulfur marine environments,and significantly enhancing the service reliability of offshore oil and gas development equipment.关键词
