State Assessment Method of Residential Rooftop Photovoltaic Array Based on Improved Grey Correlation Analysis

Abstract
In the detection of residential rooftop photovoltaic array,the gray correlation analysis cannot deal with the inconsistent length of effective data in the time series,and the health state of the photovoltaic array under the abnormal operation state is not evaluated in the detection.Therefore,an improved gray correlation analysis method for the state evaluation of residential rooftop photovoltaic arrays is proposed.Firstly,through the establishment of a mathematical simulation model of residential rooftop photovoltaic array,the output characteristics in different states are studied,and the characteristic parameters are extracted;secondly,the dynamic time regularization method is used to align the effective data length of the feature parameters to obtain the optimal path.Then,the grey correlation analysis method is used to evaluate the health status of the photovoltaic array,and the health index is calculated by using the health management theory to describe the health status of the photovoltaic array.Finally,simulation experiment is carried.The results show that,under the conditions of shadow,aging,open circuit and short circuit of the photovoltaic array,the method can accurately judge the photovoltaic array as healthy when the health index IHI>0.8,as sub-health when 0.6≤IHI≤0.8,as abnormality when 0.5≤IHI<0.6,and as fault when IHI<0.5,which reduces the demand for the operation data of the residential rooftop photovoltaic array and the workload of judging the state of the photovoltaic array,and improves the operation safety and power generation efficiency of the residential rooftop photovoltaic power generation system.关键词
