Distribution Principle and Control Method of Electric Heating Field of High-voltage DC Bushing under Complex Working Conditions

Abstract
Dry type casing is the core equipment in ultra-high voltage direct current transmission projects,serving as insulation isolation and mechanical support.High voltage DC bushings need to withstand various factors such as high temperature and strong fields,multi harmonic electric fields,and strong mechanical stresses for a long time during use.Electric field distribution migration,severe charge accumulation,and local field strength increase often occur inside insulators,ultimately leading to power grid failures.Based on the coupling distribution characteristics of electrical,thermal,and mechanical fields in ultra-high voltage bushings,a high-voltage DC bushing model is constructed using classical equal capacitance and equal step methods.Nonlinear finite element method iterative algorithm is used to explore the coupling distribution characteristics of temperature field and electric field inside the insulator under different operating conditions.A coordinated control method of electric and thermal field distribution is proposed to control the temperature gradient and electric field distortion inside the bushing chip,optimize the temperature characteristics of the bushing material,and reduce external factor interference.It provides theoretical basis and reference for improving the safety and reliability of high-voltage DC bushings in the field of ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation engineering applications.关键词
