重载无人机共轴双旋翼系统的气动性能分析
Aerodynamic Analysis of Coaxial Twin Rotor System for Heavy-loaded UAV

Abstract
The coaxial twin rotor system is a new type of UAV layout,which uses two coaxial rotors to provide lift and thrust,so as to obtain high flight stability of heavy-loaded UAV.The structure layout of coaxial twin rotors is an important factor affecting the flight stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).In this study,the aerodynamic interference model of coaxial rotors is established,and the influence of axial wing spacing and adjacent wheelbase changes on the aerodynamic performance of the UAV system is analyzed and studied by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation technology,so as to achieve the optimal aerodynamic performance of the coaxial twin rotors system.The simulation analysis results show that:based on the large load index of 50 kg,when the structure with double rotor pitch of 0.40R and rotor wheelbase of 1.2D is selected at 2 000 r/min,the total lift of the UAV reaches the optimal 1 045.6 N,and the lift ratio of the lower rotor is the maximum 43.7%.The aerodynamic interference between the upper and lower rotors is weak and the aerodynamic layout is the best.关键词
