摘要

Abstract

Based on the impulse moment theorem of a fixed axis rotating rigid body,the analysis of fault phenomena during the starting and braking processes of hydraulic excavators,such as excessive impact load during rapid start-up,tail swaying during braking,and gear tooth breakage or output shaft damage,shows that using oil control strategy during the starting process can reduce the starting impact.The braking process adopts a flat pressure strategy to avoid tail wagging phenomenon.By adding hydraulic components such as pressure transmitters and rotary buffer valves,a controlled flow and pressure hydraulic system is developed to reduce the flow rate of the rotary motor during startup and increase the working pressure on the inlet side of the rotary motor during braking,achieving optimization of the rotary hydraulic system.Through experimental verification,the optimized hydraulic system's start-up(braking)process has been extended from 4 s(5 s)to 5 s(5.5 s),an extension of 1 s(0.5 s),reducing the start-up(braking)impact.At the end of braking,there is no alternating increase in pressure between the outlet and inlet of the hydraulic system rotary motor.The maximum pressure difference Δp decreased from 3.8 MPa to 2 MPa,reducing the braking impact and avoiding the occurrence of platform sway at the tail.Extended its service life,and the system is continuously operating for 5 368 h without any fault records.
