Abstract
For the oblique hole drilling of the special section cabin,the cutting part of the fried dough twists drill is modeled in the 3D modeling software,and the model is imported into Abaqus software for the finite element simulation of the oblique hole drilling process.The Johnson-Cook constitutive model of aluminum alloy 7075 is used as the research object.By changing the simulated cutting speed and feed rate,the relationship between cutting parameters and drill bit force is identified,and the product processing process is optimized based on simulation data.After simulation analysis,it is found that when setting the cutting parameters for oblique hole machining,the cutting parameters are set to a speed of 500 r/min and a feed rate of 0.4 mm/r.The drill bit experiences less force and fluctuation,and an increase in feed rate and speed affect the increase in the main stress on the drill bit.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the machining process,the selection of cutting parameters should not be too large.In addition,the process method of using a dedicated drilling die can effectively reduce the maximum principal stress on the drill bit,and has the advantages of low cost investment and high production efficiency,making it more suitable for mass production.At the same time,it provides technical reserves for drilling inclined holes in irregular cross-section cabin bodies.关键词
