Abstract
An information technology solution for biological vaccine enterprises is introduced,namely the application of Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES)in vaccine enterprises.Through the successful implementation of a paperless quality traceability system project for a certain group company in Chengdu,the key and difficult points in the implementation process,such as business processes,batch record design,MES system deployment,software and hardware configuration,are overcome and analyzed.Combined with GMP compliance and the four strictest regulatory requirements,an information and intelligent solution is introduced and analyzed through the MES system to achieve information and paperless management of the enterprise,deeply integrating scenario applications into the digital solution for vaccine enterprises,improving the management ability of the enterprise in GMP compliance,standardized production process,data reliability and integrity,traceability of the entire production process,equipment status management,refined production,and quality management.Through the successful implementation of the MES system,the correctness of the need for experienced MES implementation teams,supporting network security,sound project management systems,and complete computerized system verification in the implementation and application process is verified,empowering vaccine companies to undergo digital transformation and upgrading,and assisting in the monitoring of effective data for intelligent supervision.关键词
