摘要

Abstract

The kitchen linkage system that combines a range hood with an air conditioning unit and a make-up air device was proposed,and the influence of the link-age system on the thermal environment and pollutant distribution in the kitchen was studied by numerical simulation.The human thermal comfort,the exposure of pollutants and the capture efficiency of the range hood were used as evaluation indicators,and the out-door temperature suitable for turning on the linkage system in summer and winter was analyzed.The air supply of the make-up air outlet forms a good air cur-tain effect,which can better isolate the waste heat gen-erated by the gas stove in summer and transitional sea-sons,effectively reduce the indoor temperature and im-prove the temperature stratification phenomenon.Due to the low temperature of the make-up air in winter,it is easy to cause discomfort to personnel.Compared to before the linkage system is turned on,turning on the linkage system effectively reduce the volume fraction of CO2 around the human body.Summer:As the make-up air temperature increases,the exposure of pollut-ants increases,and the capture efficiency decreases.It is recommended to turn on the linkage system in sum-mer when the outdoor temperature is below 45 ℃.Win-ter:Under different make-up air temperatures,the ex-posure of pollutants can be controlled below 0.1%,and the capture efficiency can be controlled above 95%,and indoor pollutants can be well controlled.Based on the requirements for human thermal comfort,it is rec-ommended to turn on the linkage system when the out-door temperature is 0 ℃ or above in winter.
