摘要

Abstract

Taking the shell-and-tube phase-change heat storage heat exchanger as the research object,the simu-lation method is used to analyze the influence of the in-let water flow rate and inlet water temperature on the parameters such as the complete melting time and the complete solidification time of the material in the pro-cess of heat storage and heat release.Heat storage pro-cess:The inlet water temperature and inlet water flow rate both affect the complete melting time of paraffin wax.When the inlet water flow rate is constant,the higher the inlet water temperature,the shorter the com-plete melting time of paraffin wax.When the inlet wa-ter temperature is constant,the greater the inlet water flow rate,the shorter the complete melting time of par-affin wax.The influence of inlet water flow rate and in-let water temperature on the complete melting time of paraffin wax is basically the same.Heat release pro-cess:The inlet water temperature and inlet water flow rate both affect the complete solidification time of par-affin wax.When the inlet water flow rate is constant,the lower the inlet water temperature,the shorter the complete solidification time of paraffin wax.When the inlet water temperature is constant,the larger the inlet water flow rate,the shorter the complete solidification time of paraffin wax.The influence of inlet water flow rate on the complete solidification time of paraffin wax is stronger than that of inlet water temperature.
