摘要
Abstract
This paper outlined the implementation of the"One Institute Serving One County"initiative in Hainan,elaborated on the main practices and achievements of the"One Institute Serving One County"model,analyzed the existing problems in the initiative,and proposed recommendations for its continuous advancement,such as establishing a two-way talent exchange mechanism,implementing a"science and technology into the supply chain"action,and creating demonstration bases with distinctive features.The aim is to provide references for optimizing the industrial structure of tropical agriculture,promoting the development of new quality productive forces in Hainan's tropical agriculture,and achieving high-quality development in tropical agriculture.关键词
