数字经济如何赋能共同富裕?
How can the Digital Economy Empower Common Prosperity?
摘要
Abstract
The digital economy plays an indispensable and crucial role in promoting common prosperity.This article uses provin-cial panel data from China from 2011 to 2022 to measure the level of digital economy development and the degree of common prosperity through indicator construction.Based on the theoretical model,a fixed effect model is used to empirically explore how the digital econo-my empowers common prosperity.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The development of digital economy can effectively improve the level of common prosperity.(2)In the mechanism analysis,it is found that the empowerment of the digital economy to common pros-perity is achieved through three aspects:the improvement of labor productivity,the enhancement of labor participation,and the optimi-zation of human capital.(3)Further heterogeneity analysis reveals that the development of the digital economy has a significant driving effect on the level of common prosperity in the eastern and central regions,but compared to the eastern and western regions,this driv-ing effect is stronger in the central region.(4)The threshold test shows that there is a non-linear relationship between the impact of the digital economy on common prosperity,with the level of government governance as the threshold.In view of this,this article proposes policy recommendations to improve the allocation of labor resources,enhance the labor market,optimize human capital,strengthen the construction of digital government,and improve the level of government governance.关键词
