New Qualitative Productive Forces:The Leap in Productive Force Elements and Their Optimal Combination

Abstract
New-quality productivity is an advanced form of traditional productivity,with its essence lying in the qualitative breakthrough and optimized combination of the laborer,the means of labor,and the object of labor.With the development of science and technology,the three elements of new-quality productivity are undergoing changes.This is manifested in the laborer's development towards higher quality,with their subjectivity restored,becoming the endogenous driving force for the development of new-quality pro-ductivity;the means of labor are trending towards high-tech,with their greenness becoming more prominent,serving as an important support for the development of new-quality productivity;the scope of the object of labor is broader,with its depth strengthened,provi-ding new possibilities for productivity development and becoming the basic orientation for the development of new-quality productivity.On the basis of the improvement of productivity elements,the leap in the optimized combination of various production factors has been further achieved,making the allocation of production factors more reasonable,the combination of production factors more coordinated,and maximizing the efficiency of various production factors,thereby promoting a significant increase in total factor productivity.This not only enriches the theory of new-quality productivity but also lays an important foundation for the future development of productivity,which is of great significance for promoting social and economic development.关键词
