摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve defrosting in cold storage,the research team designed a new type of composite cavitation jet defrosting nozzle for defrosting robot based on dual chamber self-excited oscillation nozzle.Based on the L25(56)orthogonal experiment,FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate 25 sets of new composite defrosting nozzles with different size structural parameters.The optimal combination of size structural parameters was obtained through range analysis.The influence of different inlet pressures on the cavitation jet effect was studied by using the maximum outlet velocity distribution of the nozzle and the vapor volume fraction as the basis for determining the strength of cavitation.The results show that the cavitation jet effect of the optimized composite cavitation jet nozzle is the best when the oscillation cavity diameter ratio is 1.00,the oscillation cavity length ratio is 1.00,the oscillation cavity distance is10.0 mm,the contraction section length is 12.0 mm,the diffusion section length is 12.0 mm and the diffusion angle is 60°.The larger the inlet pressure,the larger the velocity distribution area and vapor volume fraction distribution area in the optimized composite cavitation jet nozzle flow field,indicating that the nozzle cavitation degree is more severe and the cavitation jet effect is better.The optimized composite cavitation jet nozzle has significantly improved the cavitation jet erosion performance compared with ordinary nozzle,providing a more efficient and environmentally friendly reference method for defrosting cold storage.
