基于GWAS模型的海原县域水资源优化配置研究

Abstract
The optimal allocation of water resources is a key measure to balance water and development,which can ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and promote the coordinated development between economy and ecology.Therefore,the development and utilization of water resources in Haiyuan County was analyzed with the method of water resources evaluation,the GWAS(general water allocation and simulation)configuration model was constructed,and a study on the optimal allocation of water resources in Haiyuan County in the planning year(2025,2035)was conduct to provide a theoretical basis for the coordinated development of water resources,watershed and regional economic,social and ecological environmental protection in Haiyuan County.The results show that the water supply in the planned years(2025 and 2035)will reach 127.06 million m3 and 128.92 million m3 respectively under 75%of the inflow conditions,which can't meet the full allocation of water consumption.It is suggested to strengthen the utilization of unconventional water sources,rationally allocate Yellow River diversionwater and groundwater resources,and realize the optimal allocation of county water resources.关键词
