干旱胁迫对苜蓿斑蚜生长发育及繁殖的影响
Effects of Drought Stress on Growth,Development and Reproduction of Therioaphis trifolii

Abstract
In order to clarify the adaptability of Therioaphis trifolii to drought stress and explore the correlation of Therioaphis trifolii and its host with drought stress,the effects of drought stress on growth,reproduction and population growth of Therioaphis trifolii were studied by using weighing method,and the morphological index of alfalfa seedlings under different drought stress treatments were measured.The results showed that the reproduction of Therioaphis trifolii could be maintain and even promoted under moderate drought stress,and the aphid yield was 5.60.Under mild drought stress,the population of Therioaphis trifolii could be maintained and promoted,and the net reproductive rate was 9.42.With the increase of drought stress days,the population number of Therioaphis trifolii increased first and then decreased.The leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and root length of alfalfa increased first and then decreased with the increase of drought stress.The GAM curve showed that with the increase of drought stress,the yield of Therioaphis trifolii showed a nonlinear trend,and it had relatively strong adaptability to mild and moderate drought stress.With the increase of drought stress,alfalfa leaf length,leaf width,plant height,root length and aboveground biomass decreased significantly.The analysis shows that drought stress is not conducive to the growth of alfalfa,but moderate drought can promote the growth,reproduction and population growth of a Therioaphis trifolii.This study laid a foundation for the future study of the interaction between alfalfa,Therioaphis trifolii and environmental factors under drought stress,and provided an important basis for forecasting and effective prevention and control of Therioaphis trifolii.关键词
