珍稀濒危药用植物桃儿七种子的休眠特性及其内源抑制物研究
A Study on Dormancy Characteristics and Endogenous Inhibitors of Endangered Medicinal Plant Sinopodophyllum hexandrum

Abstract
In order to investigate the existence of endogenous inhibitors in the seeds of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum,the seeds of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum were soaked with gibberellin solution and potassium permanganate solution,and the germination characteristics of the seeds were studied.The results showed that soaking the seeds with 200 mg·L-1 gibberellin could advance the start and end of seed germination,but gibberellin treatment had no effect on germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the seeds.Soaking the seeds of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum with 0.4%potassium permanganate solution could only make the seeds germinate 4 days earlier,but had no effect on the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum.The effects of different concentrations of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum seed extract on Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino were studied.The results showed that Sinopodophyllum hexandrum seed extract had certain inhibitory effects on root length,seedling height and seedling fresh weight of Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino,and the inhibitory effects increased with the increase of the concentration of the extract.The results showed that soaking with GA3 and KMnO4 could advance the germination of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum seeds.The seeds of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum contain endogenous inhibitors,which may be one of the causes for its low germination rate and long dormant period.关键词
