氟茚唑菌胺与苯醚甲环唑复配对水稻纹枯病的室内活性及田间药效
Indoor activity and field efficacy of the combination of fluindapyr and difenoconazole against sheath blight of rice
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the indoor activity and optimal mixing ratio of fluindapyr and difenoconazole against sheath blight of rice,and to verify their practical application effects through field efficacy trials,thereby providing a new strategy for the control of rice sheath blight.[Method]Multiple mixing ratios of fluindapyr and difenoconazole were set up.The indoor toxicity was determined by using the mycelial growth rate method,and the synergistic ratio(SR)was calculated by using the Wadley method.The mixing ratio with the most significant synergistic effect was selected for field efficacy trials to investigate the disease incidence in the field.[Result]The synergistic ratio(SR)of fluindapyr and difenoconazole in mass ratios ranging from 1:9 to 9:1 falls between 0.718 0 and 3.273 5,with the maximum SR value(3.273 5)observed at the 1:9 ratio,indicating the strongest synergistic effect.Field trials demonstrated that the tank-mix treatment at 90 g a.i./hm2 achieved comparable efficacy to recommended doses of tested chemical agents and significantly outperformed the control efficacy of 4%Jinggangmycin A aqueous solution.[Conclusion]The tank-mix application of fluindapyr and difenoconazole(active ingredient ratio 1:9)with a field dosage of 90 g a.i./hm2 demonstrates the effective control against rice sheath blight(Rhizoctonia solani).This combination exhibits promising application potential in the control of rice sheath blight.关键词
