人工智能时代的教师角色:挑战、应对与重塑
Teacher Roles in the Age of Artificial Intelligence:Challenges,Responses and Reinvention
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence and its extensive application in the field of education have subverted the traditional educational and teaching models.The teacher roles in the traditional perspective are facing numerous challenges,such as the dilution of the status of knowledge authority,the transformation of traditional teacher-student relationships,the dual challenges of technology integration and personalized teaching,and the dominance of algorithms in the evaluation role.To meet these challenges and adapt to the development of the times,the teacher roles in the era of artificial intelligence will tend to be:designers of personalized learning,human-machine collaborators,researchers of innovative changes,and emotional enablers.Based on this,the optimization path of teacher identity is proposed,namely self-iteration:(1)lifelong learning and professional growth;(2)intelligent integration:interdisciplinary teaching and thinking training;(3)method innovation:technology integration and innovative practice;(4)value adherence:emotional resonance and moral education guidance.关键词
