鸽腹泻病原菌柠檬酸杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验
Isolation and identification of citrobacterium, the source of pigeon diarrhea,as well as the drug susceptibility test
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to conduct the isolation, identification and susceptibility test of the pathogen citrobacterium of pigeon diarrhea,so as to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of pigeon diarrhea.[Method]In this study, saliva and fecal samples of a sick pigeon with diarrhea were collected. After bacterial culture, isolation and identification, and morphological observation, the suspected main pathogen was initially identified as Citrobacter, which was confirmed as Citrobacter by further 16Sr RNA PCR and sequencing analysis, and subsequent virulence gene detection and drug sensitivity test were also conducted.[Result]The main pathogen of pigeon diarrhea in a pigeon breeding was Citrobacter.Through homology analysis of the 16Sr RNA gene sequence of the strain, the sequencing results showed that the similarity with Citrobacter was more than 99%.The virulence gene detection of this strain mainly included cfa, ureG,ureE and ompX4 virulence factors. In the drug susceptibility test,Citrobacter isolates were highly resistant to cotrimoxazole, tetracycline and flufenicol, moderately resistant to Enrofloxacin, azithromycin, cefradine, gentamicin, streptomycin, polymyxin b and doxycycline, and sensitive to ampicillin and ciprofloxacin.[Conclusion]Ampicillin and ciprofloxacin can be used for the prevention and control of pigeon diarrhea in a certain pigeon breeding, which also provides some reference data for the screening and prevention of diarrhea caused by pigeon Citrobacter. This study has important clinical significance.关键词
