摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Forest dead fuel is a key factor in the occurrence of forest fires, and the study of dead combustible fuels in forests is conducive to the correct understanding of the law of forest fire occurrence.[Method]The comprehensive combustibility of dead fuel of each tree species was evaluated by using principal component analysis in this study, which examined the moisture, ignition point, and heat value of 13 common combustible tree species on the ground surface(deadfall mixture layer and soil humus layer)in 8 counties in Jiangxi Province.[Result]The results showed that the moisture in the deadfall mixture layer was significantly and positively correlated with the ignition point, and the heat value in the soil humus layer was significantly and negatively correlated with the ignition point;the burning activity of deadfall mixture layer and soil humus layer of 13 species was determined.[Conclusion]The combustibility of Theropencedrymion dead combustible is the weakest among the 13 tree species and can be used as fire prevention species to reduce the frequency of fires.Camphor wood has the strongest combustibility and the highest fire risk in the camphor gathering area, which requires key protection.
