基于UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS的四种土壤中三氟嘧磺草胺及其五种转化物的不确定度分析
Evaluation of measurement uncertainty for tiafenacil and its five transformation products in four soil types by using UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS method for the determination of specific residues in four different soil types;anthropogenic soil,ferro-bauxite,moist laterite,and latent soil.[Method]According to the relevant standards,the uncertainty assessment and analysis of the residual amount of the target in the soil samples was carried out.[Result]After calculation,when the residual amount of the target tiafenacil in the soil was 0.001 9-0.995 4 μg/kg,its expanded uncertainty was 0.130 9-0.240 9 μg/kg.The uncertainty mainly came from the recovery rate of standard addition(contribution rate 28%),sample pretreatment(contribution rate 24%)and standard solution preparation(contribution rate 20%)in turn.[Conclusion]In this study,the systematic analysis of the residue and determination uncertainty of tiafenacil in different soils was realized,providing key technical support for the accurate determination of the herbicide and effectively improving the reliability of pesticide residue analysis.关键词
