Abstract
The successful hosting of the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games presents a prime development opportunity for Heilongjiang Province's ice and snow industry.As a strategic pivot for rural revitalization and the rejuvenation of Northeast China,an innovative pathway for building a sports powerhouse and cultural preservation,a practical model for industrial transformation and green development,and a main driver for economic growth and the development of new quality productive forces,the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang is currently experiencing continuous expansion in scale,coordinated development among core sectors,and gradual infrastructure improvement.However,challenges remain in policy support,tech-nological innovation,talent supply,resource allocation,brand influence,and digital transformation.To promote high-quality development of the ice and snow industry,Heilongjiang should strengthen top-level design and enhance policy support;drive technological innovation and expand high-quality supply;unleash talent potential and bolster think tank development;foster synergies and integrate industrial resources;leverage major sporting events to boost integrated cultural and tourism development;and emphasize brand building while expanding promotional channels.关键词
