福州市松材线虫病发生动态与防控实践
The occurrence dynamics as well as the prevention and control practice of pine wood nematode disease in Fuzhou City

Abstract
[Objective]Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease is currently the most serious biological disaster causing forest resource losses in Fuzhou.Clarifying the occurrence dynamics of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease and summarizing the prevention and control practice experience in recent years can provide references for the prevention and control countermeasures of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease suitable for the situation of Fuzhou and its forestry in the future.[Method]The occurrence details and main prevention and control measures of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease in Fuzhou from 2018 to 2022 were collected.The spatio-temporal dynamics of the occurrence area,number of diseased and dead trees,and epidemic spot distribution of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease were analyzed and compared to obtain the migration law of epidemic spots,and so did the advantages and disadvantages of various prevention and control measures.[Result]After being first detected in Lianjiang County in 2005,Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease spread westward,northward,and southward.Following the initial outbreak,diffusion,and peak stages,it has now entered a decline phase.During 2018-2022,comprehensive prevention and control measures were implemented,including full-coverage pine forest monitoring,thorough removal of diseased and dead trees,preventive felling and renovation of pine forests,integrated control of Monochamus alternatus,and injection-based protection for key pine trees.These measures have achieved tangible results:one epidemic zone was deregistered,and threefold declines were realized in the epidemic area,number of epidemic spots,and quantity of diseased/dead trees.[Conclusion]① Acquiring authentic and reliable epidemic survey data stands as the cornerstone for effective prevention and control.② Epidemics must be addressed at the earliest stage,as the initial occurrence period represents the optimal window for containment and eradication.③Diverse prevention-control measures each exerts unique positive impacts;no single measure can curb Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease,and only integrated control strategies yield substantial outcomes.关键词
