摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study was conducted to further evaluate the control effect of biological(plant-derived)rodenticide 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules on farmland rodents,and to screen new products suitable for farmland rodent control in Guizhou Province.[Method]Three treatment areas were set up in the experiment,namely,experimental reagent area,control reagent area and blank control area.One-time saturated feeding method was used.The feeding method was a combination of poison bait station feeding and bare feeding.The density of rats before and after deratization was investigated by the night trapping method,the pregnancy rate and litter size of rats were counted,the feeding situation was investigated,and the palatability and safety of rats were observed.[Result]The control effects of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules were 64.34%,77.65%and 68.91%at 30,60 and 90 days after administration,respectively,with the best control effect at 60 days after the administration.It had a certain control effect on the pregnancy of female rats,After 5 days,the average theft rate and the stealing rate were 10.45%and 50.00%respectively,which was palatable and safe for non-target organisms,people and livestock.[Conclusion]0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules can be used as a substitute rodenticide for farmland rodents in Guizhou Province.
