摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study investigates the optimal film width and planting density to enhance summer soybean yield by evaluating their effects on agronomic traits,pod and seed spatial distribution,and yield.[Method]Three film widths(0.9 m,M1;1.4 m,M2;2.05 m,M3)and four planting densities(420 000 plants/hm2,D2;560 000 plants/hm2,D3;630 000 plants/hm2,D4)were tested.[Result]Under the same density,plant height and lowest podding height decreased with increasing film width,while seed weight per plant,pod number per plant,seed number per plant,and yield initially increased and then de-creased.Under the same film width,plant height and lowest podding height increased with density,whereas pod and seed numbers per plant decreased.Yield peaked at intermediate densities.The M2D3 combination(1.4 m film width,560 000 plants/hm2)achieved the highest average yield(4 292.34 kg/hm2),outperform-ing other treatments by 3.85%-39.16%.[Conclusion]In northern Xinjiang,a 1.4 m film width combined with a density of 560 000 plants/hm2 optimizes agronomic traits and yield components,significantly boosting summer soybean production.These findings provide scientific guidance for mulched summer soybean cultiva-tion in Xinjiang,contributing to improved regional yields and national soybean supply-demand balance.
