茉莉酸甲酯调控花生类黄酮生物合成相关基因的研究
Study on Methyl Jasmonate-Mediated Regulation of Flavonoid Biosynthesis-Related Genes in Peanut(Arachis hypogaea)

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the antioxidant effects of flavonoids in peanut cultivar Kainong 1760 under environmental stress and its stress resistance mechanisms.[Method]Peanut seedlings were treated with methyl jasmonate(MeJA)for 0,2,4,and 12 h to simulate stress conditions.Total flavonoid content was measured,followed by transcriptome sequencing and drought stress experiments.MeJA was applied to mitigate drought effects.[Result]The results showed that 796 genes were significantly co-differentially induced by MeJA.The total flavonoid content in peanuts significantly increased and peaked at 2 h of MeJA treatment(JA2).Differential expression gene(DEG)analysis revealed that the KEGG enrichment in the JA2 samples primarily regulated the phenylpropanoid and the isoflavone meta-bolic pathways,involving catalytic enzymes related to lignin and its derivatives.For drought-stressed seedlings,the application of MeJA promoted the increase in superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),the osmolyte proline(Pro),and malondialdehyde(MDA)content,while reducing hydrogen perox-ide(H2O2)content.Fluorescence quantitative analysis showed that the relative expression levels of differ-entially expressed genes were consistent with the gene expression trends in the transcriptome sequencing results.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical foundation and basis for understanding the influ-ence of MeJA signaling on flavonoid metabolism and stress resistance breeding in peanuts.关键词
