桑葚产业标准化现状分析及对策建议
Analysis of standardization status of mulberry industry in China and countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This paper reviewed the current status of mulberry standardization in China and proposed to establish a preliminary framework for the standardization system of the entire mulberry industry chain.[Method]The research method involved searching and analyzing relevant standards on the National Standard Information Public Service Platform,National Group Standard Information Platform,and National Agricultural Food Standard Public Service Platform.[Result]As of March 10th,2025,China had released a total of 195 effective mulberry standards,which were issued from 2003 to 2024.The standards covered pre-production,mid-production,and post-production stages,including 14 technical standards for mulberry intercropping and 47 technical standards for disease and pest control.There were also 49 standards applicable to mulberries that were not specifically formulated for mulberries.And so,a standard system framework for the entire mulberry industry chain had preliminarily been established.[Conclusion]Suggestions for the standardized development of mulberries had been proposed,which included increasing research efforts on standards,strengthening the promotion of standards,and improving multi-party collaboration mechanisms.关键词
