Pricing and Replenishment Decision-Making for Vegetable Products Based on Optimization Models

Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the sales of vegetable products are influenced by many factors such as time,space,variety and price,an optimization model-based pricing and replenishment strategy for vegetable products is proposed to ensure the maximization of supermarket revenue.Firstly,Pearson correlation analysis and K-means clustering are used to determine the distribution and correlation of sales volume be-tween different categories and individual products.Secondly,based on a quantitative relationship model between sales and pricing,as well as an autoregressive moving average model,a nonlinear optimization model with the goal of maximizing the profit of supermarkets is established.Combined with improved genetic algorithm,short-term replenishment and pricing decisions for vegetable categories are made.Thirdly,under the limitation of supermarket space,an optimization selection model for individual products is established,and the greedy algorithm and solv-er are used to determine the combination of individual products and its replenishment and pricing plan on the specified date.The experimental results show that the proposed method can help supermarkets make more reasonable pricing and replenishment decisions for vegetable catego-ries in the short term and individual products on the specified date.关键词
