雷火灸对终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者疲乏的影响
Effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on fatigue in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Method A total of 100 ESRD patients with fatigue undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were chosen and divided into a study group and a control group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hemodialysis treatment,while the study group received thunder-fire moxibustion in addition to routine care.The revised Piper fatigue scale(PFSR),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP)were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was also compared.Result After treatment,the PFSR and PSQI scores in the study group significantly decreased compared to pre-treatment levels(P＜0.05),and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP in the study group also decreased significantly after treatment(P＜0.05),and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively alleviate fatigue and improve sleep quality in ESRD patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP levels.关键词
