五行针灸联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效观察及对炎症因子的影响
Therapeutic observation of five-element acupuncture-moxibustion plus Olanzapine in treating schizophrenia and the impact on inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined use of five-element acupuncture-moxibustion and Olanzapine in treating schizophrenia and the impact on the patient's serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress responses.Method Eighty-four schizophrenia patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,each group comprising 42 cases.The control group was treated with oral Olanzapine;the observation group received five-element acupuncture-moxibustion and oral Olanzapine.The two groups were observed for post-treatment changes in the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and clinical memory scale(CMS)scores.The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),malonaldehyde(MDA),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected before and after the intervention.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,The PANSS score declined in both groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The CMS score increased in both groups after the intervention(P＜0.05)and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,both groups had a decrease in the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β(P＜0.05),and had a increase in the level of IL-10(P＜0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β(P＜0.05),and was higher than the control group in the level of IL-10(P＜0.05).After the intervention,both groups demonstrated a decreased serum MDA level(P＜0.05)and an increased SOD level(P＜0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 95.2%in the observation group,higher than 76.2%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combining five-element acupuncture-moxibustion with Olanzapine can enhance the clinical total effective rate,reduce symptom scores,and effectively regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in treating schizophrenia,producing more significant efficacy than using Olanzapine alone.关键词
