Research on NDN Cache Optimization Strategy Based on Interest Preferences and Local Popularity in Natural Disaster Scenarios

Abstract
A NDN cache optimization strategy based on user interest preferences and local popularity(BIPLP)is proposed to address the is-sues of poor cache locality and cache update delay in traditional TCP/IP networks in handling natural disasters.This strategy replaces TCP/IP networks with Named Data Networks(NDNs).By analyzing user interests and preferences,the degree of user demand for different content is determined,and the caching probability is calculated based on the local popularity and request cost at the routing node to determine whether to perform caching operations at the routing node.This enables the content that users are interested in to be cached faster.The simulation experi-ment results show that compared with the common caching strategies in NDN,the proposed caching optimization strategy can effectively trans-mit data for different contents in the context of natural disasters,improve cache hit rate,reduce network congestion,and reduce network laten-cy,which has certain feasibility.关键词
