基于KANO模型的儿童医院智能导诊服务系统研究
RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT GUIDANCE SERVICE SYSTEM IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL BASED ON KANO MODEL

Abstract
This paper focuses on the optimal design of the intelligent guidance service system in children's hospitals,identifies the priority of user needs through the KANO model,and proposes a systematic optimization design strategy for the service pain points.Based on the KANO model,the intelligent guidance service system of children's hospital was developed by using the kano model questionnaire to collect user demand data,systematically analyze the user needs of the intelligent guidance service in children's hospitals,identify the key service pain points,and propose design optimization strategies.The current situation and pain points of the service process of the complex intelligent guidance system were analyzed,and the pain points of intelligent guidance in children's hospitals were classified and sorted out.Develop design strategies to improve the efficiency and service quality of children's hospitals.The proposed intelligent guidance design strategy is to improve the efficiency and service quality of children's hospitals,and to provide theoretical support and design reference for the intelligent development of children's medical services.关键词
