齐刺电针治疗痰瘀阻络型股骨头坏死的疗效观察及对骨代谢的影响
Clinical efficacy of triple needling plus electroacupuncture for femoral head necrosis with phlegm-stasis obstruction pattern and its effect on bone metabolism

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triple needling plus electroacupuncture in treating femoral head necrosis(FHN)with phlegm-stasis obstruction pattern and its effect on bone metabolism.Method Eighty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oral Gu Gu Tou Huai Si Yu capsules,while the treatment group received additional triple needling plus electroacupuncture.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Harris hip scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,and serum bone metabolism related factor type Ⅰ procollagen N-terminal peptide(PINP)and β collagen degradation products(β-CTX)were compared before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated between the two groups.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed increased Harris hip scores and serum PINP levels(P＜0.05),as well as decreased VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,and serum β-CTX levels(P＜0.05).The treatment group exhibited higher Harris hip scores and serum PINP levels(P＜0.05)and lower VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,and serum β-CTX levels(P＜0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion Surrounding electroacupuncture combined with oral Gu Gu Tou Huai Si Yu capsules can effectively alleviate pain,improve hip joint function and clinical symptoms,and regulate bone metabolism in FHN patients with phlegm-stasis obstruction pattern.关键词
