Abstract
Taking the technology of double dovetail positioning ribs+new split elastic positioning ribs for generator stators of a 270 MW conventional large-scale Francis turbine hydropower plant in China as an example,and on the basis of explaining the basic principle of the split elastic positioning rib technology,this paper describes the key points in assembly process for radial elastic elements of core components in this technology.Based on the installation results of stator positioning ribs of the hydropower plant,the results of core magnetization tests,and the actual operation of units under different conditions,the technology of double dovetail positioning ribs+new split elastic positioning ribs for stators is proved to be feasible,reliable and conducive to long-term stable operation of units,providing a reference for the further promotion and application of this technology in conventional large-scale Francis hydroelectric generator sets.关键词
