通督调神法针灸治疗耳鸣的疗效观察
Clinical observation on acupuncture based on Tong Du Tiao Shen method for the treatment of tinnitus

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture based on Tong Du Tiao Shen method(unblocking Governor Vessel to regulate spirit)in the treatment of tinnitus.Method Sixty-four patients with tinnitus meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received the conventional acupuncture,while the observation group received acupuncture based on Tong Du Tiao Shen method.The changes in tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ),tinnitus handicap inventory(THI),visual analog scale for tinnitus(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the groups.Result After treatment,TEQ,THI,VAS,SDS,and SAS scores significantly decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),with greater reductions observed in the observation group(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis indicated a moderate relationship between tinnitus and levels of anxiety and depression(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture based on Tong Du Tiao Shen method demonstrates the superior clinical efficacy compared to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus.It improves symptoms by alleviating negative emotional states such as anxiety and depression.关键词
