刺络拔罐治疗蜂蜇伤的疗效观察
Clinical observation on the efficacy of blood-letting puncturing and cupping therapy for bee sting injuries

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and potential mechanisms of blood-letting and cupping therapy in the treatment of bee sting injuries.Method A total of 260 patients with bee sting injuries who visited the emergency department were assigned into a conventional treatment group(130 cases)and a blood-letting and cupping group(130 cases)using a random number table.The conventional group received standard Western medical treatment,while the blood-letting and cupping group received additional blood-letting and cupping therapy on the basis of the conventional treatment group regimen.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Changes in the 6-point behavioral rating scale(BRS-6),numerical rating scale(NRS)for pain,and swelling scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),fibrinogen,and von Willebrand factor(vWF)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Changes in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and white blood cell count(WBC)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Result The total effective rate in the blood-letting and cupping group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in NRS,BRS-6,and swelling scores(P＜0.05),with lower scores observed in the blood-letting and cupping group(P＜0.05).Serum levels of IL-8,PCT,TNF-α and 5-HT and WBC were significantly reduced post-treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),with more marked reductions in the blood-letting and cupping group(P＜0.05).Levels of fibrinogen,PT,vWF,and APTT were also significantly decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),with lower values in the blood-letting and cupping group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western therapy,blood-letting and cupping therapy can further suppress inflammatory responses,improve coagulation function,relieve local swelling and pain,and enhance overall clinical outcomes in patients with bee sting injuries.关键词
