从"存量重塑"到"邻里协同":儿童游戏权视域下社区环境设施更新实证研究
FROM"STOCK REMODELING"TO"NEIGHBORHOOD SYNERGY":AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITY RENEWAL FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CHILDREN'S RIGHT TO PLAY

Abstract
The love of play is a common feature of children around the world at all times in history.It is the shared responsibility of society as a whole to safeguard children's right to play and to create a free,fun and safe environment for them to play.However,in the context of rapid urbanization and shrinking community spaces,children's right to play is limited by multiple factors in community spaces.Focusing on the renewal of community environmental facilities from the perspective of"children's right to play",the study proposes three ways to safeguard children's right to play,namely,playable space,form and atmosphere,and constructs a new system and new value for the renewal of community environmental facilities in both physical and non-physical space dimensions,from the perspectives of"remodeling of the stock"and"neighborhood cooperation".It also constructs a new system and value for community environmental facilities renewal in terms of"stock remodeling"and"neighborhood synergy"in both physical and non-physical space dimensions.A case study of the Y community in Yixing,Jiangsu Province,focuses on the role of the"tidal wave"play format in meeting children's play needs and strengthening community emotional ties.Through empirical research,it is verified that the dual strategies of"stock remodeling"and"neighborhood synergy"can effectively improve the level of protection of children's right to play in community environmental facilities.The design of the two"tidal wave"forms of play,confrontation and cooperation,provides new ideas for the practice of children's right to play in the process of community regeneration,and further highlights the value and potential of children's right to play in community building.关键词
