摘要

Abstract

The whitening and anti-aging efficacy of different solvent extracts of Raphanus sativus was investigated.Results showed that the extract of Raphanus sativus(ethyl acetate layer)had a significant inhibitory effect on the synthesis of melanin in B16 cells,while it did not have a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity in B16 cells.It had a certain antioxidant effect,but it did not have a significant effect on the secretion of hyaluronic acid in fibroblasts.It had a significant promotional effect on type I collagen secretion with some inhibitory effect on elastin secretion in fibroblasts.The extract of Raphanus sativus(petroleum ether layer)had a certain inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis in B16 cells,a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity in B16 cells,a weak antioxidant effect,and a certain promotional effect on hyaluronic acid expression in fibroblasts.In contrast,it had no significant effect on type I collagen and elastin.Raphanus sativus extract(aqueous layer)had a certain inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis in B16 cells at high concentrations,a certain inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity in B16 cells at low concentrations,whereas a weak antioxidant effect,a certain promotional effect on hyaluronic acid expression in fibroblasts,a certain promotional effec t on elastin expression,a certain promotional effect on elastin expression,a certain promotion effect on the expression of elastin and no obvious effect on type I collagen at medium concentration.
