Abstract
Liquid crystal emulsifiers are widely used in daily skincare products due to their unique structural advantages.In the formula application,factors such as thickeners,oils,and co-emulsifiers in the formula have a certain influence on the formation of liquid crystal structures to varying degrees.Therefore,taking polyglyceryl-10 stearate emulsifier as an example,through single-factor formula construction,the influence of factors such as thickeners,oils,emulsifiers,high-carbon alcohols and fatty acids on the formation of liquid crystal structure by polyglyceryl-10 stearate emulsifier was explored,and the possible reasons for their influence on the liquid crystal structure were discussed and analyzed.At the same time,the influence of process factors on the optimal formula for building liquid crystal structures was explored.The results showed that when xanthan gum was used as the thickener,pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate was selected as the oil,and cetearyl alcohol was selected as the higher fatty alcohol,a better liquid crystal structure can be formed,and fatty acids had certain benefits for the liquid crystal structure.Among the process factors,it was found that the homogenization speed had the most significant impact on the state of the liquid crystal structure.Too high or too low a homogenization speed can affect the state of the liquid crystal structure.关键词
