摘要

Abstract

Three pathways of antioxidant,antioxidant and anti-glycation dual resistance,and whole skin have been explored for the preparation of anti-aging skin care ingredients.Eight commercially available anti-aging ingredients have been screened,and the action pathways of each ingredient according to the skin aging mechanism have been explored.The results showed that hydrolyzed glucosamine and mussel protein had better ROS inhibitory effects,while dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline,type XVII collagen,and fibronectin had better effects on promoting the expression of type I and IV collagen.Phytol had the best inhibitory effect on MMP-1 secretion,and hyaluronic acid had the best anti glycation effect.Further research was conducted based on the optimal pathways of the action of each raw material and market claims,which showed that anti-aging products designed from the perspective of the whole skin anti-aging have good anti-aging effects,targeting antioxidant,dual antibody(antioxidant and anti glycation),and skin level(epidermis-true epidermis junction-dermis).
