中型水库洪水预报调度一体化系统研究
Research of integrated flood forecasting and dispatching system for medium-sized reservoirs

Abstract
To enhance the flood forecasting and dispatching capabilities of medium-sized reservoirs in Yueqing City,an integrated system based on real-time meteorological data and hydrological forecasting-dispatching models was developed by coupling the Xin'an River model and the reservoir dispatching model in series,with Fuxi,Zhongqian,and Baishi reservoirs as case studies.Through a visual real-time interactive platform,the system enabled real-time monitoring and prediction of key variables such as reservoir water levels and basin rainfall,as well as optimized dispatching of flood scenarios were realized.The results of the verification of using historical flood events demonstrated favorable forecasting accuracy and dispatching efficiency.The application of the system not only enhances Yueqing's flood prevention and mitigation capacity,but also provides feasible technical and methodological references for similar regions developing integrated flood forecasting and dispatching systems.关键词
