基于KANO-AHP的模块化智能餐盒设计研究

Abstract
Create lunchbox products that adapt to the lifestyle of the new era,enhancing users'dining experience.The design process for building the Kano-AHP model.Firstly,the original needs of users were obtained through online research and user interviews,and the demand attributes of products were classified by using the Kano model.Then,the AHP method is used to clarify the priority of design elements.Finally,according to the data analysis results,the practical scheme of modular smart lunch box design is obtained.The key requirements and weights of smart lunch boxes in terms of appearance,function and intelligent experience were clarified,which provided a scientific basis for the design.The key needs and weights of smart lunch boxes in terms of appearance,function and intelligent experience are clarified,which provides a scientific basis for design.The Kano-AHP model can scientifically distinguish demand attributes,accurately obtain priority rankings,more intuitively reflect the target users'demand for various functional elements,increase the rationality of design schemes,thereby enhancing user satisfaction,and validate the scientific feasibility of the KANO-AHP model in product design.关键词
