RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT PET ROBOTS BASED ON EMPATHIC DESIGN

Abstract
Pet robots'simulation and functional diversity on the market are constantly improving,yet users struggle to form emotional bonds with them.To uncover the authentic emotional needs of individuals who aspire to form emotional bonds with smart pet robots,use the empathic design method,combine product research and user studies to analyze users'pet-keeping emotional experiences and intelligent pet empathic characteristics.Based on user needs,propose intelligent pet empathic design strategies and practice from the three empathic levels of instinct,behavior,and interaction.The empathic design theory offers a better fit for users'emotional needs in pet robot design,guides users in self-emotional cognition and communication,enriches pet robot design's emotional value and depth,and provides new ideas for pet robot design innovation.关键词
