AN INTERPRETATION OF THE"SHANGHAI INITIATIVE ON SERVICE DESIGN"
摘要
Abstract
The World Design City Conference 2023 released the"Shanghai Initiative on Service Design",which has drawn extensive coverage and enthusiastic responses.This paper comprehensively introduces the research background and drafting process of the initiative,and interprets its basic content from three aspects:"consensus","empowerment",and"mission".Firstly,it explains why"now"and why"in Shanghai",as well as the understanding of service design.Secondly,it discusses the differences in focus and emphasis when applying service design to empower service enterprises,manufacturing industries,public services,and government services.Thirdly,it addresses the challenges faced by service designers and their mission.关键词
