东海原甲藻对水体中226Ra的清除作用研究
Study on the Removal of 226Ra from Water by Prorocentrum donghaiense
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the ability of dinoflagellates to remove 226Ra from water, the removal efficiency experiments of the Prorocentrum donghaiense at different concentrations of 226 Ra and the re-moval efficiency experiments of algae at different growth stages were carried out.The results showed that the removal efficiency of 226Ra decreased with the increase of 226Ra concentration. At different growth stages of algae, the concentration of 226Ra in the water body gradually decreased with the in-crease of the abundance of algal cells, indicating that the total amount of 226Ra removal in the water body gradually increased, but the removal efficiency of 226Ra per unit mass gradually decreased. The solid-liq-uid partition coefficient of 226Ra in the algal body and solution of the Prorocentrum donghaiense showed a logarithmic relationship with the 226Ra activity in the water, that is,it decreased with the increase of the 226Ra activity in the water.According to the solid-liquid partition coefficient obtained in this study, the submarine groundwater discharge(SGD)fluxes in the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea were recalculated, and the SGD fluxes increased by 40%,29%and 26%,respectively,compared with the original fluxes. It can be seen that the removal of particulate matter caused by the growth and reproduction of dinoflagellates is an important Marine radium sink, which has an important impact on the application of radium isotope mass balance model for oceanographic tracer studies.关键词
