The Mechanisms and Research Progress of NLRP3 Inflammasome in Common Esophageal Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Inflammasomes have received extensive attention in recent years,among which NLRP3 is the most representative inflammasome,which plays an important role in a variety of diseases,including esophageal diseases.The mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome in common esophageal diseases,including esophageal cancer,esophagitis and esophageal stricture,has not been systematically sorted out,and this review summarizes the role of NLRP3 inflammasome and its mediated signaling pathway mechanism in common esophageal diseases,as well as the corresponding treatment methods,which will provide new strategies for clinical treatment.关键词
