山东省老年人电子健康素养的潜在剖面分析
Latent profile analysis of eHealth literacy of the elderly in Shandong province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent categories and influencing factors of eHealth literacy among the elderly in Shandong province,so as to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods:A total of 977 elderly people in Shandong province were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,eHealth Literacy Scale(eHEALS)and the revised version of Health Promotion LifestyleⅡ from October 2023 to January 2024.Mplus 8.3 software was used to analyze the potential profile of eHealth literacy in the elderly.Results:The eHealth literacy of the elderly in Shandong province could be divided into three potential categories:low eHealth literacy group(12.7%),medium eHealth literacy group(49.5%)and high eHealth literacy group(37.8%).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,monthly income,economic source,physical health status,information search context,perceived usefulness of eHealth information,community facilities,social support and health promotion lifestyle were the influencing factors of latent profile categories of eHealth literacy in the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusions:There was heterogeneity in eHealth literacy of the elderly in Shandong province.Relevant departments should take targeted intervention measures based on the characteristics of different types of elderly people and improve the eHealth literacy of the elderly.关键词
