Construction of a clinical care system for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor

Abstract
Objective:To construct a clinical care system for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor,to provid reference for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor.Methods:Guided by the theoretical frameworks of social worm theory and comfort care theory,and based on literature review and semi-structured interviews,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultations with 16 experts.A clinical care system for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor was constructed.Results:The effective questionnaire response rates for the two rounds of inquiry were 90.00%and 88.89%,respectively.The authority coefficients of experts were 0.839 and 0.857.And the Kendall's concordance coefficients were 0.159 and 0.243(all P<0.001).The clinical care system for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumor included 4 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators,and 48 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The clinical service system for palliative care of children aged 3-12 years old with malignant tumors constructed in this study has good scientificity and applicability.And it could provide reference for clinical nursing practice.关键词
