摘要

Abstract

As the global container transportation industry continues to grow rapidly,the efficient operation,safety,and reliability of quayside container cranes have become crucial factors for port operations.An in-depth investigation of the intelligent ship scanning system for quayside container cranes was carried out.By integrating multi-modal data acquisition and fusion technologies,such as high-precision laser sensors and vision cameras,along with advanced AI algorithms,the system achieves anti-collision protection for the spreader of adjacent containers during the crane's running motion and ensures soft landings of containers during lifting operations,which enables optimal path planning for both hoisting and trolley movements.The system supports high-precision scanning of ship surface contours,identification and positioning of ship space and containers,and provides robust and accurate functional support for the automatic control system of quayside container cranes,thereby enhancing the efficiency of quayside crane operations,reducing the labor intensity for remote control operators,improving port safety and reliability,and ultimately supporting the efficient operation of modern ports by enabling rapid and automated loading and unloading of ships.
